The interview prompts you for exactly the information required, including enrollment dates, benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules and payroll details. Census file import capabilities make it easy to add large volumes of employee and benefit information.
BenefitAgent’s built-in error checking ensures that you enter all required information correctly, to your carrier, agent or broker receives all the enrollment data they need.
In addition to helping you gather requirements and build groups, BenefitAgent allows you to upload multiple logos, select a theme, and upload and match presentations that will be available to the enrollment site in the external system you choose.
Once you’ve completed the requirements gathering process and built your groups, take advantage of BenefitAgent’s one-click deployment to BenSelect through Selerix or one of our partners. You can also invite another BenefitAgent user (agent, broker, or carrier) to share your data, or generate a detailed Adobe Acrobat PDF report that you can send to any agent, broker, or carrier, regardless of the enrollment system they use.
