BenefitAgent provides step-by-step guidance to help employers and agents complete much of the implementation themselves, saving time and money.
In this phase you gather your requirements (enrollment dates, benefit plans, rate, eligibility rules, and payroll details) using the interview process of the requirements gathering wizard. You also enter or upload your census data.
Customize the enrollment website (if deploying to a compatible system) with client colors, logos, communications, and even presentations. If you wish to share your BenefitAgent data, you have that option to do so, allowing customers or brokers to collaborate with you.
Once all required information has been entered and ready for deployment, you have the option to deploy directly to a carrier running the BenSelect system or you can generate a complete PDF report that can be sent to any carrier or broker, regardless of their enrollment system.
